Step #1
Site Visit
Consultant meets with the potential homeowner at the site.
A general examination of the work to be done determines if the project is feasible.
Client signs Consultant Agreement and pays Consultant fee (see fee chart below).
Step #2
Consultant prepares Work Write-Up
- Clear, concise project specifications
- Construction cost analysis
Consultant Price list
1000-1500 sq' home -$200
1500-2500 sq' home $300
2500 and above sq' home- $400
two family home $450
If you close on any home and use us as your contractor, all consultant fees will be reimbursed.
