Our Process
- Online Request Form - Within a day of filling out the web form, owner Tony James will call you to set up a time to meet you in your home. We will use this time to gather information and make notes; you can use this time to ask any questions you have about the project.
- Site visit & free consultation - Tony will come to your home, view your basement, kitchen or bathroom and discuss at length your desires, and concerns, and at this time the general layout will be established. Tony will also take measurements in order to generate plans.
- Design & cost estimate - Once we have a preliminary design, we are able to quote the cost of renovation and Tony will call you.
- Contract signing - Tony will come to your home to fully review the Contract and overall design. Once your Contract is signed and your deposit is made. You will be placed onto the work schedule.
- Construction - Although we rarely use subcontractors Tony oversees all aspects of the job.
- Completion - We’ll complete your job on time and on budget.
